RICOTTA AND DULCE DE LECHE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • – Butter 180 g.
  • – Sugar 150 g.
  • – Egg 1 unit.
  • – Yolk 1 unit.
  • – Vanilla essence 1 tsp.
  • – Flour 0000 360 g.
  • – Sal 1 cdta.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Ricotta 600 g.
  • – Corn starch 2 tbsp.
  • – Egg 1 unit.
  • – Lemon zest 1 unit.
  • – Sugar 200 g.
  • – Dulce de leche pastry chef 500 g.

PROCEDURE:

1. For the dough, cream the butter with the sugar and add the egg and yolk one after the other, and the vanilla essence. Proceed beating till creamy once more.
