INGREDIENTS
- – Butter 150 g
- – Impalpable sugar 100 g
- – Flour 0000 250 g
- – Yolks 2 items
- – Sal c/n
- Stuffed:
- – Ricotta 500 g.
- – Eggs 4 items.
- – Sugar 150 g
- – Chips de chocolate 100 g
- -Zest of 1 lemon
- – Vanilla essence c/n
- – Cornstarch 1 tbsp
Probably the greatest desserts, comes this model of chocolate cake
PROCEDURE:
1. Combine all of the substances and sand till you obtain a dough with out a lot kneading.
2. Carry to chilly.
3. Stretch over a 22 cm mould.
4. Pre-cook about 10 min. Take out and let cool.
Stuffed:
1. In a bowl, put the ricotta, sugar, eggs, essence and lemon zest. Combine effectively, soften the egg.
2. Add the chocolate chips.
3. Pour over the pre-cooked dough.
4. Place in a 150/160 diploma oven for 50 min.
5. Cool and end with powdered sugar.
