RICE, SPINACH AND CHEESE CROQUETTES

INGREDIENTS

  • For 4 folks:
  • – Rice 350 g.
  • – Vegetable broth 1 L.
  • – Mozzarella 200 g.
  • – Spinach 1 bundle.
  • – Harina c/n.
  • – 3 overwhelmed eggs.
  • – Sal Fina c/n.
  • – Floor Black Pepper.
  • – Nutmeg c/n.
  • – Bread crumbs.
  • – Oil.
  • Contemporary tomato sauce:
  • – Perita tomato 2 pcs.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Oliva.
  • – Lemon juice.
  • – Chopped basil.

Rice, spinach and cheese croquettes with contemporary tomato sauce, a quite simple recipe to get pleasure from with mates

PROCEDURE:

1. Boil the rice within the vegetable broth. Prepare dinner it simply previous. Pressure, refresh and pressure once more.
