RICE PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

  • Makes 3 to 4 servings
  • ● 100 g of rice (ideally Doble Carolina or Carnaroli)
  • ● 1lt of milk
  • ● Lemon peel e/n
  • ● Cinnamon (stick and powder)
  • ● 150 g of sugar

Preparation:

Place the rice in a pot together with the milk and lemon peel. Add a cinnamon stick with the rice pudding

Let it relaxation between 30′ and 60′.

After this time, deliver to the warmth and prepare dinner whereas stirring in order that it doesn’t burn. When the rice is al dente, add the sugar. Proceed stirring till the sugar begins to dissolve and causes the combination to thicken. As soon as the rice pudding is cooked, flip off the warmth and let it relaxation within the pot for a couple of minutes.

Place within the fridge for 20 minutes at 30% and serve with cinnamon powder.
