Rice pudding

Substances

Double carolina rice, 200g
Milk, 1 liter
Sugar, 100 g
Vanilla chachacha, 1
Peel of 1/4 lemon
Cinnamon, to style

Preparation

– Place the milk in a pot with the rice, the vanilla bean and the lemon peel (solely the yellow half).
– Cook dinner over low warmth till the rice could be very tender – about 40 minutes -, stirring sometimes.
– On the final minute add the sugar.
– Serve heat or chilly sprinkled with cinnamon.
