RICE PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

  • – 2 cups of cooked rice (400 g)
  • – 3 eggs
  • – Water 50 cc (a splash, greater than something in order that the blender processes properly)
  • – Grated cheese 50 g
  • – Salt and black pepper

Scrumptious rice pizza to make and luxuriate in at house, gluten free.

1. Mix all of the components.
2. Put in a pizza pan with oil on the bottom.
3. Prepare dinner till crispy.
4. Add the tomato sauce and mozzarella.
5. End with pesto, olives and luxuriate in!
