RED LENTIL TORREJAS

INGREDIENTS

  • – 150 g of cooked Turkish lentils.
  • – 2 coarsely grated carrots.
  • – 1 onion lower into julienne.

  • – 1/2 cup of cream.
  • – Lemon juice c/n.
  • – Cilantro.

PROCEDURE:
