- – Flour 130 g.
- – Sugar 250 g.
- – Milk cream 325 cc.
- – Eggs 8 items.
- – Melted butter 130 g.
- – Lemon zest.
- Cookie dough:
- – Dry cookies 250 g.
- – Butter 125 g.
- Crimson fruit candy:
- – Fruits 500 g.
- – Sugar 500 g.
- – Lemon juice 10 g.
- – Non-compulsory pectin 10 g.
Scrumptious dessert to please your visitors, lovely and with a novel taste. Cookie dough with candy purple berries.
PROCEDURE:
1. For the bottom, combine the cookies in a processor till powdery. Add the melted butter and place within the mould.
2. For the filling, combine sugar with the flour and put aside.
3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, add the eggs, then the heavy cream and combine the dry substances. Lastly, the melted butter and the zest. Cook dinner at 100°C till the preparation has coagulated.
4. For the candy, macerate the sugar with the fruit for 12 hours. Then, cook dinner till it reaches 104°C.
