RASPBERRY AND MANGO ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS

  • Raspberry base:
  • – Raspberries 100 g.
  • – Sugar 25 g.
  • – Lemon juice c/n.
  • Mango Cream:
  • – Mango 350 g.
  • – Condensed milk 65 cc.
  • – Juice of 1 lime.
  • – Milk cream 100 cc.
  • Extras:
  • – Lime zest.

PROCEDURE:

Raspberry base:
1. Prepare dinner the raspberries in a pot together with the sugar and slightly lemon juice. Let it scale back till you obtain a thick sauce.
2. Place the raspberry base within the ice cream molds, place within the freezer till chilly.

Mango cream:
1. Mix the chopped mango with the condensed milk and lime juice. Beat the heavy cream till medium level and add it to the mango preparation.
2. Fill every mould, place the ice cream stick and place within the freezer till frozen.
3. Unmold the popsicles and end them with lime zest.
