INGREDIENTS

- – 2 kg of tail.
- – 1/2 onion.
- – 1/4 carrots.
- – 1/4 L crushed tomato.
- – 2 purple wine.
- – Salt, floor chili, oregano and paprika to style.
- – It’s served with pure potatoes.
OXFAIL, a basic Cordoban stew for chilly occasions, with few elements and in easy 3 steps.
PROCEDURE:
1. Defat the tail, reduce every dice into 3 centimeters, put a pot with water and boil for 40 minutes.
2. After time, take out half of the water, add the greens, spices and purple wine till the floor is roofed. Proceed cooking for roughly 30 extra minutes.
3. In one other pot, make pure potatoes.
