QUICK CHICKEN MARINED

INGREDIENTS

  • – 8 rooster thighs
  • – 1 cup of vinegar (white)
  • – 1 cup of white wine
  • – 1 cup of water
  • – 2 small onions (wheels)

  • – 1 bell (wheels)
  • – 2 small carrots (wheels)

  • – 3 cloves of garlic (slices)
  • – 1 bay leaf
  • – Salt, black peppercorns, floor chili
  • – 1 cup of vinegar (white)
  • – 1 cup of white wine
  • – 1 cup of sunflower oil
