QUADRILE TAIL STUFFED WITH POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 rump tail.
  • – 2 purple onions.
  • – Spinach 2 bundles.
  • – 2 purple pepper.
  • – 1 clove garlic.
  • – 200 g of provolone cheese.
  • – Sal c/n.
  • – Pepper c/n.
  • – Floor chili c/n.
  • – Olive oil c/n.
  • – Toothpicks.
  • For the potatoes:
  • – Potatoes 1 kg.
  • – Natural butter c/n
  • – Tremendous salt and pepper.
