Pumpkin croquettes

INGREDIENTS

  • -500g of cooked pumpkin (pulp).
  • -Eggs 2.
  • -Breadcrumbs c/n.
  • -Sal.
  • -A contact of cinnamon.
  • -Mozzarella cheese to fill c/n.
  • -Egg.
  • -Flour.
  • -Panko.
  • -Cornmeal.
  • -Oil for frying.
  • For the Aioli:
  • -1 half milk.
  • -2 components of oil.
  • -Half clove garlic.
  • -Cayenne pepper.
  • -Fried pumpkin seeds dipped in curry powder.

1.Boil the pumpkin, take away the shell and move it by means of eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and cinnamon.
Go by means of breadcrumbs till you see that it has the consistency to make balls.
Add a bit of mozzarella contained in the ball and form it along with your fingers to shut it.

2.Beat one other egg in a bowl and move the balls, then by means of panko blended with just a little corn flour.

3.Fry them in a pot with loads of sizzling oil and depart till golden brown.

4.For the aliol sauce, combine 1 half milk with 2 components oil and add half garlic with just a bit little bit of cayenne pepper and end with some fried pumpkin seeds dipped in curry powder.
