- TARTAS LEAGUE:
- – Milk cream 390 cc
- – Milk 260 cc
- – Eggs 351 g (7 items)
- – Black pepper 3 g
- – Fantastic salt 8 g
- OLIVE DOUGH:
- – Olive oil 440 cc
- – Water 400 cc
- – Flour 0000 1175 g
- – Fantastic salt 20 g
- – Polenta 160 g
I adopted the recipe for this spectacular pumpkin pie, with blue cheese and candy quince. With a scrumptious olive dough and roasted pumpkins.
PROCEDURE:
OLIVE DOUGH:
1. In a bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the water and olive oil combined. Kind a dough with out kneading. Divide into buns of roughly 400 g (or sufficient to line a 24 cm ring), wrap in movie and retailer within the fridge.
2. Roll out the dough to three mm thickness. Line a 24 cm mould, leaving partitions and leaving the surplus dough hanging outwards. Precook within the clay oven at 350 levels for about quarter-hour. Management them always.

1. Prepare the pumpkins, the shredded blue cheese, and the quince paste on the complete floor.
