PROVENCAL MEATBALLS WITH POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

  • – Minced meat (beef, pork or combine) 500 g
  • – Pan de molde rebanada1 u.
  • – Eggs 1 unit
  • – Dijon mustard 15 g
  • – Dried parsley 5 g
  • – Dried garlic 5 g
  • – Sal
  • – Floor black pepper
  • Salsa:
  • – 5 tomatoes lower into complete cubes
  • – 1 onion
  • – 1 tbsp sugar
  • – 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • – Oil, salt and pepper
  • Baked cubed potatoes:
  • – 5 cloves of garlic
  • – 1 good handful of chopped parsley
  • – 3 potatoes in cubes
  • – Oil, salt and pepper

A recipe from Grandma Rosa, to make and luxuriate in at dwelling.

PROCEDURE:

1. In a deep bowl, beat the egg with the mustard, add a teaspoon of parsley, a teaspoon of garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.
