INGREDIENTS
- For the gnocchi:
- – Mashed potatoes 500 g.
- – Flour 150 g.
- – Grated cheese 100 g.
- – Yolk 1.
- – Baking powder ½ tsp.
- – Sal 1 cdta.
- – Nutmeg ½ tsp.
- Ketchup:
- – Celery 1 department.
- – Carrot 1.
- – Garlic 2 cloves.
- – Crushed tomato 500 cc.
- – Onion 1.
- – White wine 100 cc.
- – Laurel.
- – Oregano.
- – Peppers.
- serve with recent basil
1.For the gnocchi, place the puree in a bowl and mix with the grated cheese, yolk, nutmeg, flour, salt and baking powder.
2.Go right down to the counter and knead for a number of minutes till you obtain a clean dough. Relaxation and make dough cylinders.
3.Lower the gnocchi and boil in water and salt.
4.For the tomato sauce, sauté the chopped celery, carrot and onion in olive oil. Salt and deglaze with white wine. Season and add the crushed tomato plus the bay leaf. Scale back for 20 minutes.
5. Serve with recent basil
