- 2 tablespoons of flour (about 50g)
- Fig chutney
- Figs 300 gr
- Inexperienced apple 1 u

- White wine 50 cc
- Blonde sugar 50 ge
- Recent ginger
- Nutmeg
- Sal
- Vinagre 50 cc
POTATO CROQUETTES WITH FIG CHUTNEY
Process
For the croquettes
1. Boil the potatoes and mash
2. Lower the greens into cubes (brunoise) and calmly sauté, season with salt and pepper.
3. Combine the puree with the greens, season, add the flour
4. Assemble the croquettes 4/5 cm, cook dinner in a frying pan with a bit oil till golden.
For the chutney
1. Lower the figs into quarters and the apples into cubes
2. In a saucepan, place a bit oil and add the onion
3. Add the figs and apple and cook dinner for a couple of minutes, including the sugar, vinegar and
combine wine and add nutmeg, salt and ginger
4. Let it come to a boil and decrease the warmth and cook dinner for about 30/40 minutes.
