INGREDIENTS
- Time:
- – Flour 0000 500 g
- – Beef fats 100 g

- – 1 kilo of potatoes

- Meat filling:
- – 1 ok of floor roast beef or lower with a knife 1 x 1 cm
- – 1 kg of onion
- – A handful of raisins
- – 1 chopped bell pepper
- – ½ glass of crushed tomato
- – ½ glass of broth
- – 4 hard-boiled eggs
- – 8 inexperienced olives
- – Sal
- – Black pepper
- – 1 bay leaf, dried oregano, floor chili
- – Oil
- Armed:
- – Grated mozzarella
- – Optionally available:
floor cinnamon and sugar
POTATO CAKE WITH DOUGH, a grandmother’s recipe that you’ll love!
PROCEDURE:
1. For the dough: Combine the components and knead till a kind of easy texture is achieved (10 minutes). Let relaxation/rise whereas making the remainder of the recipe.
