POTATO CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • Mashed potatoes:
  • 1 kilo of potatoes
  • 100 g butter minimize into cubes
  • 100 cc of sizzling milk
  • sal
  • White pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 4 yolks
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • Meat filling:
  • 1 ok of knife-minced meat
  • 2 giant onions chopped
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • ½ glass of crushed tomato
  • ½ glass of broth
  • 4 laborious boiled eggs
  • 8 olives
  • sal
  • black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • oil
  • Cake meeting:
  • Mashed potatoes
  • meat filling
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese or buttery cheese

Mashed potatoes:

  1. Boil potatoes with their pores and skin on in chilly, salted water over very low warmth in order that the pores and skin doesn’t break.

Meat filling:
