Potato cake

Components

(for 4 individuals)

Minced meat, ½ Ok
Onion, 1
Purple bell pepper, 1
Tomate perita, 1 aspect
Eggs, 3
Inexperienced olives, 100g
Raisins, 50g
Potatoes, 1k
Butter, 50g
Olive oil, mandatory quantity
Salt, pepper, floor chili and oregano to style

Preparation

– Chop the onion.
– Take away the seeds and ribs from the bell pepper.
– Chop the bell pepper.
– Lower the plum tomato into cubes.
– Pitte the olives and reduce them in halves.
– Sauté the chili and onion in oil till the latter turns into clear.
– Add the minced meat to the sauté.
– Sauté and stir sometimes.
– When the meat is sort of cooked, add salt and add the plum tomatoes and their juice.
– Season with floor chili and oregano.
– Individually cook dinner the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes.
– Peel the eggs, reduce them into slices and add to the minced meat.
– Add the olives and raisins.
