POTATO AND OSSOBUCCO CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • For braising:
  • – Ossobuco 3 2 cm wheels.
  • For the vegetable stew:
  • – Purple bell pepper 1/2 unit.
  • – Onion 2 models.
  • – Carrots 2 models.
  • – 1 department of celery.
  • – Recent thyme and rosemary.
  • – Salt, pepper and paprika.
  • – 4 cloves of garlic.
  • – Olive oil.
  • – Crushed tomato.

  • For the mashed potatoes:
  • – Potatoes 1 kg.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Nutmeg.
  • – Mozzarella.
  • – Leche.

PROCEDURE:
