POTATO AND FISH PAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • – Very small chopped onion 1 unit.
  • – Very small chopped crimson bell pepper ½ unit.
  • – Garlic 1 clove.
  • – Fennel in slices 1 unit.
  • – Grated perita tomato 2 items.
  • – Hake 500 g.
  • – Mackerel or tuna 1 can.
  • – Dried oregano 1 tbsp.
  • – Paprika 1 tbsp.
  • – Salt to style.
  • – Butter 2 tbsp.
  • Mashed potatoes:
  • – White sauce.
  • – Milk 250 cc.
  • – Butter 20 g.
  • – Flour 20 g.
  • – Salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • – Egg 2 items.
  • – Mashed potatoes c/n.

  • – Puff pastry lid.

Process:

1. Sauté onion, bell pepper, fennel, garlic till tender.
