INGREDIENTS
- (Recipe for 4 individuals)
- – 500 cc of broth
- – 4 diced tomatoes
- – 5 branches of thyme
- – 1 pink bell pepper in julienne
- – 1 chopped hen
- – C/N Salt and pepper
- – 2 chopped onions
- – 200 cc of white wine
- – 4 Garlic
- – 100 g of toasted almonds
- – 100 g of previous toasted bread
- – C/N Smoked Paprika
- – C/N of oil for frying
- – 4 potatoes reduce into cubes
- – 4 eggs
- – C/N chopped parsley
Portuguese hen ample, heat and scrumptious
PROCEDURE:
1. Season the hen with salt and pepper and brown the edges in a pot with olive oil, take away and put aside.
2. Add the onion, garlic and bell pepper, prepare dinner for five minutes.
3. Add the wine and let it scale back.
4. Add diced tomato and let it scale back.
Add the hen and thyme, cowl with broth, cowl and bake for half-hour, add the minced meat, let it relaxation and put aside.
5. Fry the potatoes in loads of oil and put aside
6. Fry the eggs and put aside.
7. When it’s completed cooking, make a combination with the bread, almonds, paprika, garlic and add it to present it taste.
