PROCEDURE:
1. For the matambres, brown them on the sheet pan fats aspect down and cook dinner for 10 minutes. Salt and switch.

3. For the onion one, sauté the onions in olive till caramelized.
4. For the candy potato and crust, combine the oil with the breadcrumbs and parsley.
5. Reserve.
6. Individually, fry the eggs and thinly sliced candy potatoes.
7. For the bacon, brown the bacon in olive, take away the surplus and add the sliced bell pepper and onion.
8. For the onion recipe, sauté the julienne and/or chopped onions. To Salt.
