PORK ROLLS IN CABBAGE LEAVES

INGREDIENTS

  • – White cabbage 1 unit.
  • – Tomato sauce 1 L.
  • – White sauce 500 cc.
  • – Mozzarella 200 g.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Bondiola 1 kg.
  • – Inexperienced onion 2 items.
  • – Garlic 2 cloves.
  • – Ginger 1 slice.
  • – Barbecue sauce 2 tbsp.
  • – Sal.
  • – Pepper.

PROCEDURE:
