PORK RIBS WITH SWEET POTATO MASH

INGREDIENTS

  • – Pork ribs 1 kg.
  • – Sal.
  • – Olive oil.
  • Adobo:
  • – Impartial oil.

  • – Ketchup 4 tbsp.
  • – Mustard 2 tbsp.
  • – Black sugar 2 tbsp.
  • – Vino 250 cc.
  • – Apple cider vinegar 5 tbsp.

  • – Grated garlic 4 cloves.
  • – Scorching greens 300 cc.

PROCEDURE:
