INGREDIENTS
- Milanese:
- – Pork shoulder 500 g.
- – 2 eggs.
- – A garlic clove.
- – Mustard 2 tbsp.
- – A bouquet of parsley.
- – Milk C/N
- – Panko or breadcrumbs.
- – Oil for frying.
- Candy and bitter candy potatoes:
- – 3 medium potatoes.
- – 5 tablespoons of butter.
- – 4 tsp of honey.
- – Thyme and pepper.
- Salad:
- – Chauchas.
- – Exhausting-boiled egg.
- – Onion.

PROCEDURE:
For the Milanese:
1. Make the egg and season effectively.
2. Let the meat relaxation within the egg for no less than 1 hour, so it will get the flavour effectively, then bread and fry.
3. For the candy potatoes, boil the candy potatoes into slices with pores and skin about 2 cm.
4. As soon as they’ve softened, don’t fully take away them from the warmth, drain and cease cooking.
5. In a sizzling pan, add butter, brown the candy potatoes on one facet, flip them over and add a little bit of honey and thyme.
6. Take away and serve with the Milanese.
