PORK MATAMBRITO WITH SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • Marinade:
  • – Matambrito 1 unit.
  • – Lemon juice.
  • – Olive oil.
  • – Chopped herbs (rosemary / thyme / oregano).
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Honey.
  • – She.
  • Salad:
  • – Potato cubes.
  • – Grapes in halves.
  • For the dressing:
  • – Yogurt pure 1 pote.
  • – Cream cheese 3 tbsp.
  • – Alcohol vinegar 1 tbsp.
  • – Dijon mustard.
  • – Oliva.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Contemporary dill.

PORK MATAMBRITO WITH POTATO AND GRAPES SALAD, comply with the recipe under and revel in this scrumptious dish at house

PROCEDURE:

1. Marinate the pork with lemon juice, chopped herbs and season with salt and pepper.
2. Save a few of the marinade for later.
3. Cook dinner in an oven till golden brown, however barely cooked, take away the reserved marinade and add the honey and garlic.
4. Paint the matambrito with the marinade and convey to the honour once more till
let it tackle a golden shade.
5. For the salad, reduce the potatoes and boil till they’re cooked
6. Combine the grapes with the cooked potatoes.
7. For the dressing, combine all of the substances and add the chopped dill, season and serve with the matambrito and the chutney.
