INGREDIENTS
- – 1 pork butcher.
- – 1 lemon.
- – 1 orange.
- – Peppercorns.
- – 200 g of mozzarella.
- – 1 chopped greenery inexperienced.
- – 1 Caramelized purple onion.
- – 2 apples cubed.
- – 2 candy potatoes cubed of equal dimension and blanched
- – Chopped rosemary and tablespoon.
- – 50 g of butter.
- – 1 tbsp of sugar.
A special dish to please your company: Pork matambrito on pizza, with candy potatoes and sautéed apples. Bittersweet and spectacular!
PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate the matambrito with the lemon juice, the orange and the peppercorns.
2. On a sheet, prepare dinner on one facet and when turning, cowl with mozzarella, and on prime with the onions.
3. When the matambre and melted cheese are prepared, add the greenery on prime.
4. Garnish: In a pan with butter, brown the candy potatoes and apples, add the sugar for glazing and the chopped rosemary. Season and serve.
