INGREDIENTS

- – Spinach 1 bunch.
- – Onion 1 unit.
- – Milk cream 200 cc.
- Additional:
- – Baked candy potatoes.
Spectacular pork rack with candy potato puree and creamed spinach
PROCEDURE:
1. Combine the honey with the mustard and ketchup and marinate the pork.
2. Wrap in aluminum foil and put within the oven for two hours.
