INGREDIENTS

- Stuffed:
- – Queso mozzarella 500 g.
- – Spinach 1 bundle.
- – 1 clove garlic.
- Breaded:

- – Egg c/n.
- – Breadcrumbs c/n.
- – Oil c/n.
- Cheese sauce:
- – 1 small chopped onion.
- – 50 g of butter.
- – 50 g of flour.
- – 100 cc of white wine.
- – 900cc of milk.
- – Sal.
- – Pepper.
- – Nutmeg.
- – 60 g of grated exhausting cheese.
- – 60 g of grated semi-hard cheese.
POTATO BOMBS full of spinach and mozzarella for extra happiness! I adopted the recipe beneath
PROCEDURE:
- For the potato bombs, boil the potatoes in water and salt and place them in a bowl, add the chopped garlic and parsley and season.
- For the filling, grate the mozzarella, and sauté the spinach with a clove of minced garlic, drain it nicely, chop it and blend with the cheese.
- To assemble, mildew the puree to fill, roll into an oval form, coat in flour, overwhelmed egg with salt and pepper, breadcrumbs and fry in sizzling oil.
Cheese sauce:
- Sauté the onion, add the butter, add the flour and type a paste.
