POPE PUMPS

INGREDIENTS

  • Mashed potatoes:
  • – Papa 1 kg.
  • – Garlic 2 cloves.
  • – Parsley 1 handful.
  • – Sal.
  • – Pepper.
  • – Nutmeg.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Queso mozzarella 500 g.
  • – Spinach 1 bundle.
  • – 1 clove garlic.
  • Breaded:
  • – Worth 0000 c/n.
  • – Egg c/n.
  • – Breadcrumbs c/n.
  • – Oil c/n.
  • Cheese sauce:
  • – 1 small chopped onion.
  • – 50 g of butter.
  • – 50 g of flour.
  • – 100 cc of white wine.
  • – 900cc of milk.
  • – Sal.
  • – Pepper.
  • – Nutmeg.
  • – 60 g of grated exhausting cheese.
  • – 60 g of grated semi-hard cheese.

POTATO BOMBS full of spinach and mozzarella for extra happiness! I adopted the recipe beneath

PROCEDURE:

  1. For the potato bombs, boil the potatoes in water and salt and place them in a bowl, add the chopped garlic and parsley and season.
  2. For the filling, grate the mozzarella, and sauté the spinach with a clove of minced garlic, drain it nicely, chop it and blend with the cheese.
  3. To assemble, mildew the puree to fill, roll into an oval form, coat in flour, overwhelmed egg with salt and pepper, breadcrumbs and fry in sizzling oil.

Cheese sauce:

  1. Sauté the onion, add the butter, add the flour and type a paste.
