- – Flour
Scrumptious and tremendous simple to organize these potato bombs that we share with you, full of cheese and accompanied by spicy sauce
PROCEDURE:
1. Boil the potatoes with their pores and skin on, allow them to cool, peel and mash with a dice of butter, season, add the egg.
2. Make balls the dimensions of a pingpong ball and fill with the “cheese truffle.”
3. Go via flour, egg and eventually breadcrumbs.
4. Fry in loads of oil.
