- Pasta:
- -Butter 50gr.
- -Impalpable sugar 50gr.
- -Clara 2.
- -Harina 0000 100gr.
- -Non-obligatory:
Coloring the cocoa.
- Pawn:
- -Eggs 5 items.
- -Sugar 50gr.
- -Honey 1 tbsp.
- -Harina 0000 50gr.
- Stuffed:
- -Dulce de leche confectioner 500gr.
1.Draw polka dots on butter paper with a fiber. Use a cutter of roughly 3 cm. in order that they’re all equal. Then flip the parchment paper over and place on a plate.
2.For the cocoa or coloured paste, soften the butter and switch to a bowl, add the powdered sugar, the egg whites and the flour. Combine properly and transfer to a sleeve.
Organize on buttered parchment paper drawn on a buttered plate. With a piping bag, fill the circles drawn with the coloured paste. Take to the freezer.
3.For the pionono dough, beat the eggs, honey and sugar till prepared. Combine the flour with enveloping actions. Pour the paste over the earlier drawing and match.

4.To prepare dinner, place within the oven at 200 levels for 8 minutes.
5.To assemble, cowl with whipped cream and roll.
