POLENTA WITH VEGETABLE STEW

INGREDIENTS

  • Polenta with cheese:
  • – Polenta 1 cup
  • – Milk 2 cups
  • – Broth 3 cups
  • – Mozzarella 1 cup
  • – Garlic 2 cloves
  • – Recent parsley 3 tbsp
