INGREDIENTS
- – Prepared polenta 500 g
- – Grated cheese 250 g
- – Garlic, salt and pepper c/n
- – Roasted plum tomatoes 10 items (with rosemary, olive and garlic)
- Stuffed:
- – Zucchini 6 items
- – Onion 3 items
- – Eggs 4 items
- – Grated cheese c/n
Get pleasure from this scrumptious tart with a polenta base, crammed with onions and zucchini with roasted tomatoes.
PROCEDURE:
1. Put the prepared polenta base in a cake mould, nicely flattened and seasoned with salt, garlic and grated cheese.
2. Paint with oil and put within the oven.
3. Roast the quartered plum tomatoes with rosemary, olive and garlic.
4. Sauté the onions and zucchini.
5. Put the sautéed greens in a bowl and add egg, grated cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
6. Combine every little thing nicely and placed on the cake.
7. Add a neat layer of roasted tomatoes.
