POCHOCLO CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • Time:
  • -Egg 3 items.
  • -Sugar 300 grams.
  • -Impartial oil 250 cc.

  • Toffee filling:
  • -400g of sugar.
  • -200cc of scorching cream.
  • -500cc of milk cream.

1.In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, about 3 minutes, and when built-in, add the oil in a thread with out stopping beating.

2.Add the flour blended with the baking powder and salt with enveloping actions (twice).

3.Bake in 3 detachable 22cm molds within the oven at 180 levels for 20 minutes. Or in a single go, bake at 180 levels for 50 minutes and procure 3 layers (the mildew have to be oiled and floured).

4.Cool the bases nicely.

6.For the toffee filling:
