Poached Eggs

Components:

– 4 eggs.

– Water, one liter.

– White vinegar, three tablespoons.

Preparation:

– Convey the water and vinegar to a boil in a saucepan. When it boils, decrease the warmth and let it simmer gently.

– Stir with a spoon till a whirlpool varieties in the midst of the water.

– Shortly crack an egg and place it in a ladle. Gently drop the egg into the center of the swirl.

– Let it cook dinner with out stirring till the white is cooked, about 4 minutes.

– Take away with a slotted spoon.
