Pickled inexperienced chilies


Substances

Inexperienced chillies for vinegar, ½ Okay (they need to be fleshy).
Salt, 1 tablespoon
Water, 1 liter
Sugar, 1 tablespoon
White vinegar, ½ liter

Elaboration

– Clear the peppers with a dry material.
– Reduce the stems of the chili peppers, leaving the bottom.
– Place the chili peppers in a glass or earthenware container.
– Add the salt, sugar and water till they’re utterly submerged.
– Let it relaxation for twenty-four hours.
– Drain the peppers, dry them with a material and put them in sterilized jars.
– Boil the vinegar for 2 minutes.
– Pour the vinegar over the peppers, masking them utterly.
– Let the peppers cool in vinegar and canopy the jar.
– Wait every week earlier than consuming them.
