  • ● Flour 000 500 grs
  • ● Yeast 20 grams
  • ● Butter 50 grs
  • ● Sal 10 grs

Process:

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, salt, water and butter.

Knead nicely till easy and homogeneous.

Work with a stick and do 10 laps.

Lower the dough based on the specified dimension and make buns.

Let it relaxation for quarter-hour, overlaying the buns.

Give the chosen form and place on greased plates.

Depart till they attain double their quantity.

Bake at 200 ºC for quarter-hour.

IF you make with bran, add 100 g of bran and blend it with all of the dry substances.
