INGREDIENTS

- ● Yeast 20 gr
- ● Butter 50 gr
- ● Sal 10 gr

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, salt, water and butter.
Knead nicely till easy and homogeneous.
Work with a stick and do 10 laps.
Reduce the dough in line with the specified measurement and make buns.
Let it relaxation for quarter-hour, protecting the buns.
Give the chosen form and place on greased plates.
Depart till they attain double their quantity.
