PEARL MEATBALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • – 150 g of glutinous rice.
  • – Pork tenderloin 250 g.
  • – Prawns (peeled and deveined) 120 g.
  • – Dried shiitake mushrooms 4 models.

  • Marinade:
  • – Mild soy sauce 1 tbsp.
  • – Oyster sauce 2 tbsp.
  • – Salt ½ tsp.
  • – Sugar 2 tbsp.
  • – Cornstarch 2 tbsp.
  • – Sodium bicarbonate ½ cup.
  • – Water 2 tbsp.
  • – White pepper ½ tsp.
  • – Caldo de pollo 1 tbsp.
  • – Sesame oil 1 tbsp.
  • – Olive oil 1 tbsp.

PROCEDURE:

1. Wash the rice and let it soak for an hour.
