PEAR CAKE IN ORANGE SYRUP

INGREDIENTS

  • – Butter 180 g.
  • – Sugar 120 g.
  • – Eggs 1 unit.
  • -Zest of 1 lemon.
  • – Flour 0000 370 g.
  • – Baking powder 1 tsp.
  • – Salt a pinch.
  • – Pears 5 items.
  • – Orange juice 1 L.
  • – Sugar 1 kg.
  • – Cinnamon stick.
  • – Lemon.

  • – 100 g of sugar.
  • – 2 eggs.
  • – 70 g of almond flour.

PROCEDURE:

1. For the dough, in a bowl, the butter with the sugar. Add 1 egg and the zest of 1 lemon and blend once more.

2. Make a crown with the 0000 flour (beforehand combined with 1 tablespoon of baking powder and one other tablespoon of salt) and place the batter within the heart.
