PEANUT SOUP

INGREDIENTS

  • • 8 slices of ossobuco
  • • 1 1/2 cups peeled uncooked peanuts
  • • 1 unit onion
  • • 1 unit carrot
  • • 1 unit leek
  • • 1 stick of celery
  • • 1/2 cup of peas
  • • 1/2 cup of rice
  • • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • • 1 teaspoon floor cumin
  • • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • • Sal
  • • Pepper
  • Termination
  • • Chopped parsley
  • • French fries

Course of the uncooked peeled peanuts with just a little water till you get a paste.

In a pot with boiling vegetable broth, add the finely chopped leek, onion, carrot, garlic and bell pepper plus the meat in small items.

Add the peanut paste to the stew, season with salt and pepper, cowl and stir often in order that the peanuts don’t persist with the underside. Cook dinner for 50 minutes and add the rice and cook dinner for about 20 extra minutes. 5 minutes earlier than the top of cooking, add the peas.
