INGREDIENTS
- Damaged mass:
- – Lard / Butter 100 g.
- – Impalpable sugar 100 g.
- – Yolks 5 items (100 g).
- – Vanilla extract 1 cap.
- – Flour 0000 250 g.
- – Peanut flour 70 g (processed peanuts).
- For the filling:
- – Raspberry jam 100 g.
- – Dulce de leche pastry chef 100 g.
- – Roasted peanuts 150 g.
- – Blueberries 1 blister.
- For the ganache:
- – Crema 100 g
- – White chocolate 250 g.
Spectacular PEANUT AND WHITE CHOCO CAKE
I adopted the entire recipe .
PROCEDURE:
1. Sandblast the butter, sugar, flour and peanut flour, all beforehand sifted.
2. Add the yolks and vanilla, combine and pulse till all of the elements are homogenized.
3. Stretch to three to 4 mm thickness between two polyethylene sheets.
4. Let it relaxation within the chilly and fill 5cm waists or pans. Freeze.
5. Cook dinner at 160° C for about 12 to 16 minutes, it must be golden brown because it won’t cook dinner once more.
6.For the filling: Warmth the cream and pour it over the chocolate in Callets or chopped whether it is in a bar.
7. Let the warmth unfold with out mixing and as soon as melted, combine with a hand mixer till forming a clean cream.
8. To assemble, place raspberry jam in some and dulce de leche in others on the bottom of every cake, cowl with ganache till you attain the highest fringe of the muffins.
9. Place within the fridge till it crystallizes and adorn with blueberries or peanuts. Take pleasure in it! .
