This peach cobbler recipe could be very, very simple. It’s ready in half an hour, or much less, if made with canned peaches in syrup. The cake will not be demolded, it’s served heat or chilly instantly from the supply.
It may also be made with plums, strawberries, oranges, cherries or any barely acidic fruit.
Serve with ice cream, or with a splash of unwhipped cream.
Components:
– 6 peaches (or roughly one kilo and 1/2 of the chosen fruit). It may be changed with a big can of peaches in syrup.
– 1 giant spoonful of lemon juice.
– 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
– 1 cup of 0000 flour.
– 1/2 cup of sugar
– 1 teaspoon baking powder.
– 1/2 teaspoon salt.
– 1/2 bread of butter, very chilly and reduce into cubes.
– 1/2 cup boiling water
Preparation:
– Peel the peaches and reduce into wedges. Place them in a dish that may go within the oven and on the desk. Sprinkle with the lemon and starch and stir with a spoon.
– Place in a average/sturdy oven and prepare dinner for ten minutes, till the juice is effervescent.
