PROCEDURE:
1. For the dough, place the flour in a bowl and add the chilly cubed butter, sugar and salt.
2. Sand with cornet and add the chilly water little by little till ingesting.

4. Stretch the 5 cm dough forming a 30 cm x 40 cm rectangle in a greased mildew with greased parchment paper.
