Pea mattress

Components

Onion, 1
Tomato, 1
Peas, 2 cans
Eggs, 4
Butter, 2 tablespoons
Oil, 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper to style

Preparation

– Peel and chop the onion.
– Chop the tomato.
– In a frying pan, warmth the oil along with the butter
– Sauté the onion there till clear.
– Add the tomatoes and peas.
– Spice with salt and pepper.
– Combine and let it warmth up.
– Make two deep holes within the pea mattress, in order that the eggs come into contact with the underside of the pan.
– Place the eggs there (2 per gap) and let the pea mattress prepare dinner over average warmth.
– When the eggs are cooked the mattress is prepared.

Take away and serve.
