PEA AND MINT DIPS

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 and 1/2 cup frozen peas.
  • – 2 cloves of garlic.
  • – 6 recent mint leaves.
  • – 1/4 cup of water.
  • – 4 tbsp olive oil.
  • – 1 tablespoon of salt
  • – Pepper to style.
  • – Lemon drops (non-compulsory).

PEA AND MINT DIPS are simple and scrumptious!

PROCEDURE:

1. If the peas are frozen, defrost them first. If they’re recent, prepare dinner them in loads of boiling water for 1 minute till they’re tender however don’t disintegrate.
