PAVLOVA

INGREDIENTS

  • – 200 g of egg whites.
  • – 400 g of sugar.
  • – 2 tsp of corn starch.
  • – 100 g of walnuts.
  • – 600 g of pastry dulce de leche.
  • – 200 cc of milk cream with 3 tablespoons of sugar.
  • – 200 g of strawberries or crimson fruits.

PROCEDURE:
1. Beat the egg whites with an electrical mixer once they foam, add the sugar in a bathe.
