Patacones with braised meat

INGREDIENTS

  • -Platanos verdes 3 models.
  • -Frying oil c/n.
  • -One of these dambo or mozzarella w/n.
  • For the meat:
  • -Turtle or roast lid 1 unit.

  • -Garlic 2 cloves.
  • -Purple bell pepper 1 unit.
  • -Smoked or candy paprika c/n.
  • -Comino c/n.
  • -Vino.
  • -Olive oil c/n.
  • -Salt and pepper.
  • For the salad:
  • -Cabbage ½ unit.
  • -Carrot 2 models.
  • -French dressing.

1.Reduce banana cash and crush. Fry in loads of impartial oil.

2.Seal the meat in a pan with olive oil. Organize on a plate with the remainder of the elements and braise for two ½ hours till it may be crumbled.

3.Reduce the bananas and fry.
